COURSE DEFINITION - SURFACE AND COMBINED

Candidate must indicate which type of
BOP / Well Control  Certificate Course
(“Surface” or “Combined”) is required:

• Surface BOP certificate course is for the people who
works with surface BOP Stack only

• Combined BOP certificate course covers both
surface and  subsea BOP Stacks
Note: For the Unit of Calculation, this course will be conducted in API field unit
(field unit: barrel, psi, foot) only   

If candidate is unable to attend the course, candidate or company can
appoint a substitute without penalty.

Candidates can re-take the course for 4 days before re-sit sessions

advised not to attempt to certify in more than one type of operation unless
it is required for specific job duties because when attempting a
combination of Drilling/WorkoverCompletion options, all options must be
successfully completed before certification can be awarded.
